All rights are reserved.

The name Nordic Whisper and the slogans Discovery Not Dogma and Whisper to Me are claimed as trademarks of Nordic Whisper and may not be used in connection with any product, service, or content without the express prior written permission of Nordic Whisper. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of these marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Use of Nordic Whisper Content

No part of Nordic Whisper’s proprietary content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or adapted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, without express written consent, except for brief quotations permitted under applicable copyright law. The Forge allows members to advertise their own goods, services, or events. Nordic Whisper does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party offerings promoted by members. Nordic Whisper bears no liability for loss, damages, or issues related to these third-party offerings.

Enforcement

Nordic Whisper reserves the right to remove, edit, or restrict any content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates community guidelines, or otherwise undermines the integrity of the platform.
